I am a woman who is inspired by watching authentic growth within people. I have discovered that everyone, has an opportunity to be lit from within if we give them a chance to recognize and listen to their voice. We are living at lightning speed with instant everything and over stimulation at every level. It is time to stop and listen to our heart, mind and spirit.

I love working with people and watching them discover their power, beauty and purpose. It’s a gift to be connected and contributing to people who have a desire and interest to be more, have more and do more with their lives.

Teens

Working with teen girls became a natural transition. I was working with women entrepreneurs and realized if we had some of these hang ups in our twenties, thirties, forties and beyond, we must have missed a fundamental belief in ourselves as young women and girls. I realized I wanted to reach out to teens and young women and create a program to reach the lives of these girls to instill beliefs and provide tools for girls to create a rock solid foundation for themselves based on who they really are and what they want for their lives. To stay true to themselves as they navigate life and know that this is one of the most important beliefs we can have. I’m inspired by the girls who discover their own truth and follow their unique path.
